I can't participate in the bilgewater event

last days the client didn't work properly, but i checked on the boards and it looked like it was going to get solved, so once it was i went back to the game and entered, it took 5 mis for my client to actually charge freezing my pc in the meantime, then when it finally charges and i click on the "earn bilgewater rewards" icon it brings me to this page:

what am i supposed to do? (i still have to do the act 1)
