Boots Not Saving In Items Sets

A little bit ago I decided to finally use the item set feature. It worked perfectly fine. Recently the item sets have not been working properly. I one day logged into League to play a bot game to try the new Gnar skin. I then realized my boots were gone from the item set I made. After the match I put the boots back in the set. I went into a custom game to make sure it was actually fixed and it was. My boots were there. Yesterday I logged into League to play a match with a streamer and in that match my boots were once again missing from the item set. Is this a problem with a current patch or what? Would be nice to have it fixed.
