Lulu's abilities aren't working properly

Very recently I went 0/7 as Lulu mid against a LeBlanc, was awful. Basically, I've noticed this in previous games as Lulu, such as her E selecting the wrong target or not even giving a shield at all, or her R not even going off or not giving health at all. Her W also hasn't been working properly as I mean, it'll polymorph an enemy, but it won't cancel out any abilities. In this previous game I was being threatened with being reported and hated on for such things. I'm not new to Lulu, in fact, I main her. So this is very disheartening that I can't play her properly. I've wondered if anyone else has experienced such issues with her as well?
