During ARAM, Akali's shroud won't appear to enemy team but unsure if friendly team can!

I was matchmade into ARAM Match. Other team had Akali, Malphite, Maokai, Nidalee, and Renekton. Akali has abused new bug where we cannot see her even in brushes while she is in shroud. I mean Akali doesn't exist in the map like Teemo stealth! Shroud's marker doesn't show up earlier!

This bug made our team lose because of that bug.
