League Client - Other Summoners Names

Idk whats wrong maybe i have to uninstall and reinstall league but every time in im champ select and post game lobby everyones names are just a bunch of numbers and letters and I cant tell who is typing and who is in the pregame lobby or not. I can see everyones names like in game and in loading screen but once they start typing its just a bunch of letters and numbers its very weird.
