[GAMEPLAY] Kindred Ultimate Bug

Kindred will not cast her ultimate when using smart casting and she moves within range. This will also cause issues with team ultimate timers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Assign smart casting to ultimate key for Kindred.
2. Attempt to smart cast her ultimate out of range. She will run towards it but will not cast it when within range.

This bug happens every time.
