Zed W>Q bug

Not sure if it is only me, but on live servers 5.22 whenever I use a regular combo for Zed with the W>Q, the shadow's iteration of the shuriken seems to cast slower than normally.

incidentally, this is because a bug was fixed. it was quicker before because of the bug, now that they fixed the bug, it's slower, as it was intended

It has never been the case with Zed's WQ, which is why I'd assume it's a bug because it never functioned this way since Zed was released like 2-3 years ago.
