Rip purchase bug

i bought 10$ nz worth rp didnt show up on my account or even in rp purchase history, then i look at my anz purchase history it says that ive already purchased 10$ riot points. so i restarted my client then still nothing, then i restarted the client again still nothing. i also tried to purchase my champion but it said not enough rp. i've given up then decided to purchase another 10$ riot points, when i purchased the second 10$ rp it came through as 2x10$ worth of rp that is 2200 rp in my region. what im trying to say is that this bug made me by rp with more money for less rp. . 2x10$ rp = 2200 rp. . 20$ rp= 2250 rp :)
