Weird Bug?

In my last game as yasuo against a veigar in mid, i had a weird thing where i went for an all in on veigar, but once i started walking to him my player wouldn't respond to anything i did for about 4 seconds and just walked into turret. My ping remained the same, but only me and the adc in the game had it happen and at the same time. The second time i went for poke on veigar, saw their top rotating to kill me so i went to turn around to run away, and it wouldn't let me move for about another 4 seconds and I died again. Ping remained the same, everyone else was moving, the game just wasn't responding to anything i clicked. I was in party with adc and support, we are all in the same town, same internet provider, but only the adc and I got it. With my ping staying the same and being able to see everyone else still moving around fine, i know it isn't our internet. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, actually. I click sometimes, and there's no response at all. Sometimes I click and walk to a location when the intention was to aa the target at that location, and sometimes it's like my commands aren't making it to the server. I click a spot, the x shows to move there, but the champion just sits. I have to tab out of the game, tab back in, then it reconnects. it's bizarre. All the time, ping display stays the same. Although, I think this section of the boards is for bugs related to the boards, not for in-game bugs. You're supposed to use that little bug button in the bottom right corner of the screen in the window when you're not in a game.

I have the same bug I think and it has happened in multiple games. I would stand in one spot wouldn't be able to cast abilities or move but everything else around me I could see happening I was also in a discord voice chat with my League friends and I could still hear their voices corresponding to what was going on in game. I've tried tabbing out and back into it and it doesn't fix it either.
