Rek Sai Tunnel bug

Pretty simple sorry for the shitty paint quality but when you try to cast tunnel right there it stops you at the end and moves you through the wall to where I indicated with the yellow line, and then gets you stuck for a second or 2 on that wall. The tunnel also kept flashing, but i could then use it normally going either direction and it was fine, only the initial cast tunnel travel glitched.
