Couldn't lay down the hammer or go Man Mode

I was playing as Sion, I was Jungling and all is right in the world. I was actually doing good. I was getting gank kills, pushing lanes, and being a productive member of the team. Getting stuff done and being a happy undead killing machine. Then around mid game is when my world fell apart :C. My Q and my R (which i like to call it THE MAN-TRAIN or MAN-MODE) would not go off. I try typing in chat and the letters come up so the keys are indeed registering, but my skills would not go off. This made me a sad. So heads up riot Sion is kind of derping. Please riot with your capable hands fix my poor little juggernaut.
