Overheal is Bugged

Overheal currently has no cap on the shield and seems to give you even more of a shield than normally. Anivia can abuse this when she eggs to get a huge shield then maintain it with any form of heal (Such as 1% lifesteal).

I noticed it when playing Xayah I had an Alistar last hit 3-4 minions with targons and proc his passive and I had a shield the size of around half my hp. So essentially play Soraka/sona/taric have your adc take overheal and mash heal on them. They will get a huge shield and be next to unkillable. Quite literally need to disable overheal.
