Mouse and keyboard not working randomly after the 7.4 patch

Please fix it on the next patch . The game is unplayable since this patch comes out. My champion freeze like about 4-6 seconds can't use any ability nor moving although the performance is great (60fps-30-60ms whatever in medium or high setting).
