Nasus Q not stacking since 5.10 update

I don't know if the skins make a difference for this issue or not:

Just finished an ARAM game where I was Pharaoh Nasus - none of my Q kills stacked the entire game.

Entered ARAM solo Got Xin, rerolled, got Nasus Selected Nasus Pharaoh skin Entered game Q's never stacked - several confirmed kills with Q, but none stacked

Since this is ARAM, reproducing is difficult at best, so to my knowledge this has only happened once so far, for me anyway I know this isnt as detailed as the standard requested format, but that really is all that was going on - cannot really screen cap it.
