Stuck against a wall by wards or abilities

A couple of weeks ago I was playing a ranked game with pantheon on my other account and we were just entering a team fight. I was right next to the topside wall in botlane closest to the turret and someone dropped a ward right on top of me. I suddenly was unable to move and my character started twitching as I repeatedly clicked to move. after a few seconds when the ward became invisible I was freed, but by that time their diana had destroyed our adc and the fight was lost. I was initially very frustrated and swore I would report it but I eventually decided against it because I didn't know how much help I could be with only a description. Today I was watching a pro match on youtube from a couple weeks ago and noticed a very similar interaction. At about 33:15 Jarvan flag and drags right next to a wall and is briefly stuck, seemingly between his demacian standard and the wall. after a couple of seconds of twitching he breaks free and is able to keep walking. This is almost exactly what happened to me in my pantheon game. I don't know how much help this will be, but I figured I should at least throw this out there and see if anyone else has noticed this. In case it would help to look up my matchfiles my other account on which I encountered this bug, the name is Lacks Focus.
