Mord is Broken in 9.14, Not in a Good Way

Whenever you ult with , your first Q doesn't do any damage, at all. Making it harder to get your passive and severely reducing your damage. Making you lose a lot more fights as you're losing out on 1000+ damage late game. Please fix asap as this is really effecting more.
