No reconnect button [bug]

After I play one game on summoners rift 5v5, the next game prevents me from loading into the game; there's no reconnect button either. This then leads me to restart the pc over and over and OVER again just to play another game. At times, other bugs occur after i restart which leads me to become a "leaver" after my teammates remake the game and report me.

I tried allowing exceptions for firewall and my AVG antivirus and it still doesn't work. I used hextech tool aswell, nada. Other game modes work fine, the other pc we have runs it fine. I have no idea how this can be fixed. Pls help.
