[GAMEPLAY] Azir Ult not working when linked to ally Taric

I haven't tested it the second time but I was playing with a Taric and the moment he linked his passive on me, I can't use my ult. The bug exists until Taric removes the link.

Also, I'm really not sure where to post this. I've had this issue with the PH server so I'm not sure who's bug was it.
