[Mouse/Camera] My cursor movement and or camera does not move as intended.

I am having an issue with the in game camera or mouse movement. The repro is intermittent. My cursor movement and or camera does not move as intended. The issue is not with my mouse because I have switched to two different pieces of hardware. It also works fine with every other game.

Pre req: Be in a pvp match Steps:

1. Move cursor to edge of screen and click
2. Camera rubber bands back to a random spot not where I clicked and snaps to a random location.
3. If I click on the minimap far away from me, the camera will also rubber band back to where I am Notes: Issue seems to go away without me doing anything after the game, but comes back intermittently (though quite commonly) This has happened to me 8-9x out of my last 30 games.
