Missing skin

i got Pizza Delivery Sivir from a chest, not shard.. i unlocked it while didn't have her then i bought her, but the skin still is locked..

you can't have skin if you don't own its champion? is it gone now?

It is not possible to unlock a Skin Permanent/Shard if you do not have the champion. Check your Hextech Loot and see if the Skin Permanent/Shard is still in your Loot and restart the client if it is missing.

If it does not appear, you may have accidentally disenchanted the shard. In this case, you can send a Support Ticket to Riot Support asking to revert the change. Keep in mind that you will have not spent the Orange Essence received from the disenchant and that this is a one-time exception!
