[Client] Spectator 'Delay' screen has incomplete and incorrect info

The spectator delay screen shows the red team as purple team (The match data website also does this) and the banned champions in ranked never show up. To reproduce:

1. Find a friend playing a game.
2. Spectate their game that has been going on less than 3 minutes.
3. Notice that Purple Team still exists as Red Team's name.
4. If in Ranked, the banned champions will also be missing.
