Public Beta Environment Sign-Up Not Working

The PBE sign up page is leading to an "Error: 500". I recently got an email saying I was accepted to the PBE, but when I clicked the link in the email I was given an error. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or is it just me? Thanks!
