[Gameplay] Cho'goth eating sion while he is in his passive form leads to 2 bugs.

Situation: I was playing Cho in a ranked game on Summoners Rift. I was playing as Cho Jungle and they had a sion top. I was building more on the AP side and slowly going into tank - so I had a massive health bar already. When we ended up slaying Sion, I used my ultimate on him and two different things happened:

1: Sion didn't die. He was still in his passive form. This isn't a bug on its own, he had enough health to survive and I made a mistake - However this does lead to point 2.

2: I had only 2 stacks of feast. When I fail-ulted him I had 6 stacks AND it counted as a minion being eaten. So I ended up NOT killing something, gained numerous stacks, and got a CDR reduction all in one.
