How do you unlock the Elder Dragon Icon

I bought the Elder Dragon figure about 5 days ago and still no icon. I'm not sure if i need to enter a code visit a site or just wait longer.

Hi, I filled the form Dart wrotte and I still don't have the icon, since you got it, could you tell me what did you do for getting it? :(

Its SPACE-sensitive and CASE-sensitive !!! I had the same problem, I auto filled my email address and automatically leave a space after the address. Be careful to dont leave any spaces and wrong cases!!![zombie-brand-mindblown]
