Ranked bug made me lose two games worth of LP

I won my silver 3 promos about 3 games ago, and when I won a game when I had 21 lp, it glitched out saying that I won my silver 3 promos when I already won them with promo helper. I want this lp back, as this is ridiculous. I should be about 40+ lp in silver 3 since I have done really well as of lately. I really don't know if I am going to get this back or not, but if I lose two good games worth of LP all due to a bug I don't know what else to say.
