New runes not set proberly makes you "quit" the champion selection and gives you leave penalty..

Hello, just putting out there how poorly design it is that if your runepage is not set proberly (was changeing it really fast and it removed the secound line of runes without i noticed it when i changed my primary.), it makes you leave the champion selection at the end of the timer even though I would rather play with half runes set than getting leave penalty. You don't like leavers in the queue, then why on earth to you make people get kicked out for not having all runes set? And why on earth does the secondary rune tree get reset if you change your primary rune tree/line?
