RENGAR BUG

So I was on the rift and I was team fighting as Rengar and just as I got 5 stacks I got cc'd by Wukong or Jhin (Also in other games by other champs with both my w and my q while being cc'd) and My e-Bola strike that I used to get 5 stacks went on cooldown I think it happens when just as I get 5 stacks and I'm not able to use my abilitys from some sort of cc, when ever I am able to use them again whatever abilitys I used to get 5 stacks will always be on CD its been like this before you guys hot fixed him I remember it happening in multiple games pre season 6 im not sure why it isnt fixed yet and I have never had to post on forums.
