[Gameplay] Vel'Koz/Miss Fortune Ultimate issue ?

Hello, With the patch 5.8 it seems like that a change with how Vel'Koz Ultimate is launched.

Before this patch, when you pressed R, automatically its ultimate were started, but now it seems like that we need to stop moving then press R else its ultimate will not start. I think that there is the same issue with Miss Fortune, a change has been made with stationnary ultimate.

It feels like that champion wants to move to cursor position then ultimate (my though).

Can someone confirm this ? Or is it something that has to be set in configuration
