zoe's E always cc my teammates, whatever I use E before they be hit , after they be hit and before they full asleep , or after they full asleep

You have to Black Shield them before they get hit with her E. If you use the Shield on them after they are hit, they will still fall asleep. Her shield doesn't prevent Drowsy from becoming Sleep.
