Hi, i'd love if a rioter responded to this to explain but ive played some aram games since the hextech chests launches and i've yet to see any keys; and i ask players if they've received any and they all say no. Aren't we suppose to get keys from any matchmade game, i'm curious if the system bugged for aram or is the drop chance next to 0 which results in it appearing this way?

On the site http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/site/2016-season-update/champion-mastery.html it says "Earn keys as rewards for winning any matchmade games " the chests yes only on SR as of now but the keys should be in aram based on that description.
Edit: also on the crafting guide it says earned through aram or twisted treeline https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207884233-Hextech-Crafting-Guide
TheLastShadow451 votesThey really changed a lot from what they had it on the PBE then. I did just ask my brother how he got his, it's not a 100% chance to get them. It's completely random now. Though the more people partied the greater the chance of fragments.

You can only earn them where you can get Mastery points. AKA not ARAM.
Minarde1 votesThat only applies to chests. The support site even specifically says that keys should be available on ARAM and TT.
