Aram Key Drop Bugged

Hi, i'd love if a rioter responded to this to explain but ive played some aram games since the hextech chests launches and i've yet to see any keys; and i ask players if they've received any and they all say no. Aren't we suppose to get keys from any matchmade game, i'm curious if the system bugged for aram or is the drop chance next to 0 which results in it appearing this way?
