Nice system riot

I got into a game where I thought I called top first and so did the other guy so we both went top. He started pinging me and such then he inted a kill, stated he would do so in chat. Without any flame at all, i told him that i hope it was worth the ban. We had a player in bot who said that he wanted yasuo but i had taken yasuo. Throughout laning phase he was saying stuff like 'oh my eyes' and 'this yas is terrible'. She was obviously smurfing into a low lvl so i told her 'whaty do you expect, your in a level 8 game' and i also said, at the peak of any thing that could be considered flame after she went on and on the whole game being cocky to everyone on our team, 'Your literally smurfing into a low level game then complaining about the players, how sad'. How sad was the peak of my 'unsportsmanlike conduct'. Throughout the match I said report the original player for the int, and reminded lebanc that she was in a low lvl game. I did type this quite a bit (she was flaming the whole game). I started my next game to realize im chat restricted... Great system. I beg its automatic. Someone explain please. The ban is 10 games.
