[GAMEPLAY] Bug with trinket wards, a lee sin places 57 trinket wards in 48 minutes

24 hours ago me and a friend played a ranked game where the enemy team had vision everywhere, they had a lee sin jungle with 57 trinket wards in 48 minutes with the team having 122 wards overall vs our 91. We was wondering by looking at his stats, how he got so many trinkets as he didnt buy anything and the cooldown on trinkets wouldnt allow it. Look at the link submitted.
