[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn visual bug?

I was playing Caitlyn with the Headhunter skin, and I would randomly notice every so often during my auto attacks that the minion would take damage even before my animation finished, and it usually happened right after or soon after her Headshot passive proc. I don't really know if it was lag or an actual bug/error, but it was something I noticed.
