Connecting Issue

So after champion select i lose connection to game and i cannot reconnect . I had previous experience where this would happens to me once or twice after a long time after some patch or something but today .... since i updated patch 5.16 i literally cannot connect to a single game . I have tried everything with firewall repatching fixing patch and things literally nothing left to do . And its not only me it happened to 3/4 of my friends that i play my game with same problem . I now got punished with 20 min waiting que before game and as employee at riot said anyone who was punished like this will not get season ending rewards but still i see a lot of people have this problem its unfair. Pls riot i dont even care about season rewards but fix connecting issues its like from 2012 ...
