Lux E bug, game breaking

I was playing a ranked game as Lux, at level 9 I threw out my rank 4 Singularity and pressed e a second time to have it explode on arrival. Instead of exploding it disappeared doing nothing, then my e was greyed out cost 0 mana and was uncastable. I had to play the remainder of the game without the use of my primary ability. Reconnecting didn't help.
