Can't play LoL anymore

Seen the arrival of the new client, i haven't been able to play Lol. Why you would ask? Most of the time when start my client the message: there's a connection problem please Restart or Shutdown. If by miracle i am able to queue ( and not get ban for 30 mins because Match Found did pop up ) the connection crash when i want to ban a character. Can you please Help with this massive NA server problem or give me an explanation. It doesn't seem like i'm the only one or am I ?

Had some free time after my 3rd ban in the last 4 days.
