Is the Haunted Zyra bug still around?

I have been checking everywhere and i can't figure out if the bug is still around on the skin. I want to get this zyra skin, but i can not get it if it still is glitched. does anyone know anything about RIOT fixing it?

I believe the bug's still around; haven't seen anything about fixing it. I've had the issue repeatedly while using the skin. I've also had an issue where the plant takes absolutely forever to target a champ when one moves into plant range when no other targets are around.
