My Client keeps patching

I play on EUW mainly but sometimes play on NA with friends, whenever i switch back from EUW to NA my client patches ~1 GB everytime eventho no new patches came out inbetween me playing on EUW and NA. Im kind of lost with this and i also initiate the Full Repair already.
