[Gameplay] Ashe Volley sound effect heard across map

Exactly as it sounds, Ashe's volley was heard in game (during the entire game) whenever she used her W. This was when I was top lane, so my screen was nowhere near Ashe's location, and i could still hear the ability. The midlaner also said that he heard the same thing. Have to confirm it occurs in other matches, but this definitely occurred in game. I was on the same team as Ashe, and I do not know if the enemy team hears this too. No other sound effects (Q, W, R) were acting strange.
