Tokens for Lv6/7

I have Earn more then S with different champions Lv.5 normal + urf games but nothing happen no token nothing show up in my crafting inventory

I was banned and it said i wont be able to earn chest or keys before this patch

Any idea how to deal with that type of issue ?

You just have to wait it out till your account standings improve. Gaining anything from the Hextech will be off limits so to speak since you said you had a previous ban.
