BUG REPORT

Post game I cant get my champion xp and it wont give me the grade thingie (S, A, B, C) I want to level my Kai'sa but I cant this way. Had two games where i popped off so its kinda annoying. Can anyone from league resolve this? And maybe get the champ xp back or sum? thanks.
