[Major Bug] Champion Select

Why is it that randomly I will get frozen at 0 seconds during champ select? It happens at complete random and has now cost me quite a bit of LP along with with a loss on my series AND over an hour of combined time ban. I have already repaired my client twice, the first time I did it seemed to fix the problem, but now it's happened 2 more times (one got me kicked and the second one timed me out after selecting a champ and I was unable to champ swap with my support) I still load into game and play normally if I had picked before the game froze, but most of the time it happens before I get to pick and i get kicked. I've seen multiple threads on the bug page about this issue, but it seems Riot is not providing a fix, and when they have commented they simply blame it on your rig. I'd never had issues with the game before the previous patch, at least none that made it a gamble of my LP, but knowing Riot if they do say something it will probably be along the lines of "Your computer is trash, probably an issue on your end, not our problem."[slayer-jinx-unamused]
