I don't receive hextech chest after getting S

Hello everyone. Ever since the chests came out. I have been playing a lot and opening a lot. Since getting S is not that hard I have a lot of chest available, and I already opened 7 or 8 of them. But in the last week I have noticed that my 4 slots for chests are starting to fill. At first I just tough that I haven't gotten an S in my last games. But today I tested it out and when I got an S- with annie I didn't got my chest. And I know that I should get a chest from S- because I got a lot that way. And now that I think about it. I haven't gotten nor a chest or a key every since the U.R.F wich is like a month ago.

There is a limit to how many chests you can get.

You can only get ONE chest per champion. So if you've already gotten an S on annie and gotten a chest, you will not get another one until next season. You can only get FOUR chests in ONE MONTH, so if you've gotten four within the last four weeks, you have to wait for more.
