Accepting the game, client stucks on the "Accept" button, then insantly dodges my game after a while

So this must be the most annoying bug of all times i think. I accept the game, the client freezes and then all i can do is wait. Suddenly I get into the champ select and my time has already ran out and I can't pick a champion, so after a while it says i dodged and i get dodge cd. Other times i get in and can pick a champion because im one of the last picks. I don't understand why more people don't have this bug me and my friend both have this bug. Please give me a fix to this stupid issue
