Homepage Bug/Error

I launched my alpha League of Legends Launcher, logged in and there was this white background and "Failed to load URL "https://frontpage.eune.leagueoflegends.com/en_PL/lol/home/overview#protocol=https:&port=1187" with error "unknown error code -118" (-118)." it's like the bug, i tried to restart my lol, but it was the same again.
