[Client] Accept/Decline circle stays on screen after accepting

Accepted a match and the Accept/Decline circle stayed up on the screen while in the background it showed me entering the lobby. In the chat in the background, it said: "Jokam has entered the lobby," however, the Accept/Decline circle stayed on screen and made everything on the screen unclickable/in the background except for the Accept/Decline circle. Ultimately it forced me to leave champ select after failing to ban a champion because of the Accept/Decline button taking up the entire screen. For further clarification, I could click both the Accept and Decline button; however, they did nothing to change the screen in any way. The text box of champ select was visible in the background with the messages of various players having entered lobby; however I did not see anyone typing, so I don't think I was actually in there. Could not see anything in the middle of the normal champion select screen such as the champion selections or ban phase type stuff.

I was slapped with a 5-minute Queue Dodge Timer, so I am mildly unhappy that this happened to me. Thanks!
