In item Sets, Lich Bane doesn't show up when you select Ability Power and Cooldown Reduction

When in the Item Set menu, Lich Bane doesn't show up when you check off Ability Power and Cooldown Reduction. Assuming since the CDR is new to it, it just hasn't been added to the CDR menu, as it doesn't show up when u just check off CDR too.

Lich Bane also doesn't appear in the in-game Shop list under Cooldown Reduction. Unsure if the Shop refers to the same category list as Item Sets, though.

I'm unsure right this moment, but I think none of the Sheen items appear under Cooldown Reduction. I'll double-check and edit my post depending on the results. :3

Edit: Scratch that, it's only Lich Bane that isn't showing under Cooldown Reduction.
