the kernel is crushing on me every single time

ill continue posting here untill any admin will answer myquestion. why is the kernel always crushes?? are u aware of the bug? im from israel and i know that since yesterday a lot of people are having the same problem as well... please at least tell me ur trying to fix it... have a nice day :)
