[Gameplay] Garen's E no crit

I just played a Normal Game to play full crit Garen due to his E being able to crit. I had 10% crit on my runes, an Infinity Edge, and an Essence Reaver, yet in a 42:06 game I did not get a single critical strike on my E. My auto attacks and Q crit just fine, but my E did not crit a single time all game even though I had a 50% crit chance. Please help.

Garen's E is currently critting.

Not a bug.

No it is not not for me. Have tried it in 2 normal games and not a single crit. Just tried it in a custom and no, not a SINGLE crit. Something is bugged here.
