Leave Buster Issues?

I have been waiting for an ARAM game, after 5 minutes I hit the X to Start again just to see if it was an issue. It then gave me a 8 Minute wait? i waited through that and then hit the X again because i didnt want to wait for another game(keep in mind i was never in a game, i was still in the queue) Now it is giving me a 30 minute wait. What is this? ive done nothing wrong and im getting punished by the system? I didnt decline any games or leave any i just stopped looking at the Queue? Rito plz
